Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but just in case something is not exactly what you were looking for, return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Please make sure you have your receipt or order confirmation, and the item is undamaged and unworn. 

In order to receive a refund to your original payment method, you must initiate your return within 30 days of the original shipment date. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. 

Drop off your return, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we've confirmed we have received the item(s).

Here are the steps to completing your return:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
